Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Conditions

A return request may only be considered if:

  • The customer receives the wrong product, OR

  • The delivered item is missing from the package

To qualify for review:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and product photos must be provided

  • Original packaging, labels, and invoice must be retained

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

Return Shipment Responsibility

If a return is exceptionally approved:

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back at their own expense

  • The item must be unused and securely packed

  • The Perfume Veda shall not be responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable

Original shipping fees, handling charges, packaging charges, and any logistics-related costs are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by The Perfume Veda in writing.

Non-Returnable Product Category

All fragrance-related products sold by The Perfume Veda, including but not limited to:

  • Attars

  • Perfumes

  • Essential oils

  • Aroma oils

  • Floral waters

  • Body Mists

  • Incense Sticks/Cones

  • Fragrance blends

  • Customized products

  • Gift boxes

are considered non-returnable unless the customer receives an incorrect item.

No Return After Product Usage

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, tested, tampered with, or partially consumed shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

No Refund for Fragrance Preference

Fragrance perception is subjective and varies from person to person. Therefore:

  • Disliking a fragrance

  • Expecting a different scent profile

  • Longevity expectations

  • Personal sensitivity to fragrance notes

shall not qualify as valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund.

Fraudulent Claims & Abuse

The Perfume Veda reserves the right to permanently refuse service, refunds, or future orders from customers involved in:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Repeated refund abuse

  • False damage reports

  • Product misuse

  • Chargeback abuse

Legal action may be taken where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The Perfume Veda shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Skin sensitivities

  • Personal fragrance preferences

  • Misuse of products

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage

Customers are advised to perform patch tests before use.

Refund Approval Rights

The Perfume Veda reserves the sole right to:

  • Approve or reject any return/refund request

  • Verify the authenticity of claims

  • Determine whether a product qualifies for replacement, store credit, partial refund, or rejection

Our decision regarding refund eligibility shall be considered final.
